weight watchers-smart ones strawberry shortcake is one of the best "diet" desserts that i have ever tried.just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to defrost and you have a yummy,quick treat.if you're craving something sweet,this will stop the craving.i love the strawberry topping and the shortcake...

Smart Ones makes delicous healthy desserts that are low in calories and easy to make.  I have always loved Strawberry Shortcake, so I couldn't wait to try this dessert.  This is a tasty treat with only about 170 calories per serving.  The dessert is perfectly portioned to serve one, however it is a pretty small serving so you will be tempted to add an ice cream topping to make it more filling.  Each serving has 6 grams of fat, so you need to restrain from eating both desserts that come in the package.  This dessert is easy to make because you can thaw it in seconds in your microwave.  The... read full review »

As a woman who follows the Weight Watchers plan, I'm always looking for points-friendly foods that will fit easily into my day. The Smart Ones Strawberry Shortcake does just that. While it is a little high in points for a snack, this little dessert is the perfect end to a busy day and lets me feel like I am still eating a "treat." I can eat it and know that I am not consuming an entire days worth of points in one snack. The Strawberry Shortcake dessert is yummy!

So the Strawberry Shortcake is great with a warm cup of coffee.  It is unfortunate that it is four points.  That is a lot of points for what you get.  When I'm not in the mood for chocolate though, then I go for one of these shortcakes.  The whipped cream is actually quite good.  Yes, these desserts are a little spendy, but for the points and portion size they really control my intake. I'd eat way more if it were up to me.
