weight watchers-smart ones strawberry shortcake is one of the best "diet" desserts that i have ever tried.just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to defrost and you have a yummy,quick treat.if you're craving something sweet,this will stop the craving.i love the strawberry topping and the shortcake bottom.just the right amount of sweet.they come two to a package,so you can share,or save one for later.they are small in size,so if you want something more than a couple of bites,then that would be a con.but it's great for a small snack.
