Weighing pro's and con's

Weight Watcher's Smart Ones Mini Cheeseburger is what I would call a good - bad. I say that because there are so many things on both ends of the scale that it's hard to pick a side. For the positives to start - it's a cheeseburger. Tender, juicy and lightly seasoned. It tastes good and it is on it's own tiny little bun. It's even kind of cute. Besides that, it is proportioned and cooks up in under a minute, literally! But of course, there is a down side to this though. Number one, it's a cheeseburger! It is just a really small cheeseburger. That is packaged in twos but the calories are counted as if they are a single burger. Hence, the number of calories is for one mini burger, not two. Be sure you understand this before diving head first into it. The moderation in this burger comes at a high price - meaning you are spending these calories on a very small amount of food that is not going to fill you up. Another thing to consider is the fact that eating such a small tidbit may spark early morning rebound hunger. That wouldn't be a good thing either. Overall, it's a tasty burger that is best taken in moderation.

Another fail from Smart One's.

I normally write positive reviews for Weight Watcher's Smart One's brands. However, this one deserves a big negative. For starters, the meat in the burgers is disgusting. It seems like an even lower quality than McDonald's. The buns are way too soft and the cheese tastes extremely fake. They're like a disgusting version of White Castle. I had one bite and threw them out.

Pretty tasty cheeseburger fix

Cheeseburgers aren't really something you can have on a diet, so these are a great way to satisfy the craving. They are still quite a few calories for the size, but not as bad as fast food. They don't cook very well in the microwave (they can get a little soggy), but add some ketchup and they make a pretty tasty treat!

Used to be good..now not so!

I have been eating these almost daily since I started modifying my lunch intake. I loved the flavor and ease in preparation. They've changed them and now the burgers are basically tasteless and changed the preparation. I won't buy them again!

Not as good as a Five Guys burger but still five stars!

There's just not quite anything that can take the place of a fine burger served up at Five Guys (or any other favorite hamburger joint you may frequent). Of course, the downside of that is that first you have to actually go over to the place and wait in line. You pretty much need to walk back home afterward just to wear off some of the calories too. Such considerations don't discourage me from indulging now and then but there are also some neat frozen hamburgers out there, just waiting to be warmed up in less than a minute and very tasty as well, including ***Smart Ones Mini Cheeseburgers***. **WHAT THESE ARE:** You guessed it, ***Smart Ones Mini Cheeseburgers ***aren't very big but size isn't everything. Leave it to the Weight Watchers people to come up with an almost wafer-thin flame-broiled cheeseburger packed in a bun which is between two and three inches in width but delivering a whopping taste treat. I just love these because, even after they are piping hot, their buns are still miraculously soft and tender, unlike many frozen burgers which are tasty but sporting buns that can hardly be bitten into after heating. **STATS:** ***Smart Ones Mini Cheeseburgers ***come packed two in a box and each one is a single serving which contains 200 calories with 80 calories from fat. There are 9 grams Total Fat, 4 grams Saturated Fat, zero Trans Fat, 1.5 gram Polyunsaturated, 3 grams Monounsaturated Fat, 25 mg. Cholesterol, 360 mg. Sodium, 20 grams Total Carbs, 3 grams Dietary Fiber, 4 grams Sugars, and an impressive 10 grams Protein. Also included: 2% (D.V.) Vitamin A, and 8% each Calcium and Iron. **TASTE TIP:** One ***Smart Ones Mini Cheeseburger ***is never enough unless you have something else to eat with it, like a bit of cottage cheese or a piece of fruit. (Or would you like fries with that?!) **MY VIEWPOINT:** ***Smart Ones Mini Cheeseburgers ***may not be the kind of thing to wait in line at a restaurant for but -- for frozen burgers to be heated at home, they aren't bad and they contain so much protein and other good things that the 200 calories end up being well spent. I definitely recommend them!

Not exactly McDonalds, but maybe that's a good thing!

I heard that Weight Watchers Smart Ones was going to be coming out with cheeseburgers, so as soon as I saw them in the stores, I bought some to see if they would satisfy that craving for a juicy burger. **Weight Watchers Smart Ones Mini Cheeseburger **is a two-pack of mini burgers.  Each burger is about the size of a tennis ball, contains 200 calories, 9g of fat and is 4 Weight Watcher points if you are counting.  I knew that one burger wasn't going to do it, so I heated them both up at the same time.  The burger has a flame broiled meat patty and a slice of American cheese.  My first bite was a little disappointing.  The burger was a little dry and on the bland side.  I'm sure my expectations were just a tad high though, because the more bites I took, the more I liked them.  I didn't have any, but I bet a couple pickle chips would really enhance the burger.  Although these burgers are nothing like a fast food burger or something you would make at home, they were still decent.  The bun was a nice texture, the cheese adds an element of flavor that the burger definitely needs, and the meat is well, Weight Watchers Smart Ones meat, what can I say about it?  I'm sure a little squirt of mayo would make these even better, but then the calories wouldn't exactly be in the "Smart Ones" range.  Even without anything extra, I would still buy these again.  Not only are they better than a lot of the Smart Ones that are out right now, they make a great change.  But, one burger will not do it, these are just too small.
