You'll get 240 calories and 3.5 grams of fat. It has 14 grams of sugar which is a lot even for the Weight Watchers meals. I imagine the mangoes add sugar. It has less than the average entree in sodium coming in at 490 mg which is still high. It has 9 grams of protein and 34 grams of carbohydrates.
I'm sure you don't want a list of the ingredients but if you do let me know. The first one is roasted chicken tenderloins with a whole lot of items in parenthesis; however, note there are no by-products in this chicken which is a good thing. Many of the other ingredients I can't pronounce and don't know what they are.Jo's Viewpoint
I like it alot. My rating is turning a blind eye to the ingredients and rating the taste.
