To the Point

Well I'm back on Weight Watchers and for me buying the frozen meals is so easy I do it in spite of knowing how unhealthy the food is!

A Closer View

The Dragon Shrimp Lo Mein is in the Smart Ones Bistro Selection line. The meals were on sale in the supermarket for $2.50 so I stocked up but the Bistro selections were the regular price of just under $3.00 in my area. Dragon Shrimp has 5 points; 240 calories and 4 grams of fat. Its 9.25 ounces with 5 grams of sugar and a ridiculous amount of salt- 690 mg! It has 14 grams of protein and 36 grams of carbohydrates.
