I don't diet. I am not super thin either and could likely stand to lose 10 more lbs. But, I've also lost 75 lbs and at my current 133 lbs, I just eat in moderation - mainly by using the swap / replace system, these days anyway. Part of the swap and replace is to swap full fat for replacement versions of everything. The Weight Watchers Premium Ice Cream Cups was and still is a great way to stay on track with a more healthful plan. The ice cream is really good, although I don't really know why I had expected any different since I am familiar with many of weight watchers products and have enjoyed the grander majority of them. I guess I am trying to say it doesn't have that sugar free aftertaste that I dislike so much. They have somewhat skimped a bit on the cookie dough, I would imagine that's how they keep the calories and sugar content lower. My favorite part about these is that they are pre portioned. It is so easy to lose track of how much you have eaten when you are eating out of a larger container. I do however wish that they came in larger boxes, my family is somewhat large and they all enjoy these. These ice cream cups are not just for dieters but also for people who choose to make healthier food choices and, the kids don't know the difference, a great way to help get everyone on board with better choices.

Those of us who are on a diet and also love icecream sometimes face a big dilimma.  This helps to solve that problem.  It is portion controlled so if you finish the whole package it is okay!  There are several great flavors but my favorite is the cookie dough. The Mint chip is also really good.  They taste great and they help you to control your portions so you can still eat what you enjoy and lose weight at the same time!

I bought these weight watchers ice cream cups on a whim just to see how they compared to regular ice cream.  I got them in Mint chocolate chip and I have to admit they were pretty good for low fat ice cream=) The cups had decent portions and the texture was very close to the real thing. I personally found the sharp mint flavor to be refreshing, but it's probably not for anyone averse to strong tastes. There were little pieces of chocolate mixed in and these were a little more bitter than I liked, but again, it would depend on personal preferences. I took off a star because the ice cream melted quickly once out of the freezer, but that's probably to be expected in a low-fat dessert. Also, they were a little bit on the expensive side, but it's not too bad for the occassional treat. Overall, I'd recommend these if you're trying to lay off the calories but still want something indulgent once in a while=)

I love ww ice cream cups. There amazingly good but so small. My favorite flavors are chocolate chip cookie dough, there are big huge chunks of cookie dough through out the whole cup. My other favorite is turtle flavor with chucks of caramel and nuts. This kind is hard to find though. These ice cream cups  taste like all the other brands out there with not all the fat. For what you get though it should be lower in points. Other the other note it satisfies your sweet tooth.

The Weight Watchers Premium Ice Cream Cups are decent, especially compared to other low fat, low calorie ice cream treats I have tried.  The chocolate ones are really good, almost as good as regular ice cream.  The vanilla ones are not quite as good as the chocolate.  They start out tasting good, but leave a really bad aftertaste from the artificial sweetener.  I wish they would make them with real sugar.  The would be higher in calories, but artificial sweeteners are so bad for you.  The cookie dough pieces in that flavor are really small.  I have also tried the mint chocolate chip Weight Watchers ice cream cups.  They are my least favorite.  They leave the bad aftertaste, worse than the vanilla do, and they are not as good while you are eating them.  The Weight Watchers ice cream cups are pretty expensive.  They are also really small.  One really is not very satisfying, which makes me want to eat more, which kind of defeats the purpose of having diet ice cream.

I have been a Weight Watchers member for over two years.  I swear by their program and I recommend almost any of their products, edible or not.  I have found the majority of the weight watcher brand food products to be tasty and satisfying.  They help me to stick to the points system to loose weight.  However, I have to say that the Weight Watchers Premium Ice Cream Cups are not one of their better products.  While the taste is not terrible or unbearable to eat, I did not find it enjoyable enough to waste the points nor to spend the extra money on.  Most of their ice cream cups run between two-three points.  I have found that I would rather use those points towards something else more enjoyable.  There are many brands of light and sugar free ice creams that offer the same amount of calories for a comparable serving size with more taste and come at a more reasonable price.  In addition to the taste and price I have found that they do not stay well for too long in the freezer.  Last month I threw out a package of cookies and cream flavor Weight Watchers Ice Cream cups because of freezer burn.

So I tried out the chocolate brownie cups awhile back and thought for the price I only get a couple cups, is it worth it? Well even though they are small the taste of these is exactly like ice cream with all the calories. I love the bits of brownie as it makes you feel naughty even though you know you aren't. At the end of the cup you are definitely satisfied with the amount that you had. I love having these in my freezer and have to deal with upset kids who want to know why they can't have the cups too. These are mom's treats! Love these!!

I am a very health conscious person, but my main downfall is my sweet tooth. As hard as I may try, I cannot ignore my cravings.  Instead of piling on the calories, I turn to Weight Watchers calories. Weight Watchers Ice Cream cups are an excellent choice for snacking.  They are he perfect size to satisfy your cravings, yet they are low in calories.  The best part is the taste.  They don't taste exactly like regular ice cream, but this product is great tasting.  There are a variety of products, so I;m sure you can find something you like. The only downfall is the price.  A pack of Weight Watchers ice cream has only two cups, yet costs more than a regular box of ice cream bars or anything like that.  Personally, I don;t consider this an issue because I only snack on occasions; however, it may cause a problem for someone who indulges in sweets several times per week. Overall, it is a wonderful product. This is one delicious snack that you definitely won;t feel guilty about eating!
