The last time I went on Weight Watchers I bought a Weight Watchers Point Calculator. This is definitely not a necessary tool but I find it useful.
A Closer View
These can be bought at Weight Watcher meetings or on eBay for about $15.00. You can get a points calculator online for free but then you can't carry it around with you unless you have access to the Internet through your phone, etc.
This 2 3/4 by 2 3/4 gadget is very easy to use. It opens easily and you'll see a buttons with numbers on it. On one side it says points and the other enter. I press the on button on the keyboard. I then put in my calories and will see cals on the top left of the screen. Let's say I'm eating something that has 300 calories. I push the 300 numbers and hit enter. It then says total fats. I then put in the number of grams of fat, let's say 2 and hit enter. It then says fiber, let's say 3 and I hit enter. I'm told that whatever I am eating has a point value of 6. Pretty neat, huh?
This can also be used as a regular calculator.
It takes a lithium battery which has lasted as long as I've had this (maybe a year) and is still going strong. It's made of silver metal and is quite durable.
It shuts off when I close it.
