I'm using the Weight Watchers online program to lose weight, but you don't have to be following WW to enjoy these. On WW they're only one point, but for others that basically means they are relatively low in calories and fat and high in fiber.
They're great for when you're craving something sweet that can be satisfied by a few bites. A downside is that they're very small so you have to have a lot of willpower to keep it to eating just one.
They're sweet and the caramel flavor is good, but the cakes are somewhat dry. I would recommend them to a friend who has a sweet tooth but is watching their weight.
