I have been watching my weight since I had my son-being a mom changes everything!  This is the only thing that has worked for me!  And it changed my mom's life!  I owe everything to Weight Watchers!! I would recommend this to anyone!  It is easy and fun!  And best of all...you can eat WHAT YOU WANT TO!!!
