Pros

    Easy to understand, Easy and fun to follow, A lot of options, changes your lifestyle, you are accountable for your actions, helps you feel good about yourself, feel great, can still eat what you want on occasion!

Cons
    you must not fall off the wagon, 95% of ALL diets fail!, Will lead to weight GAIN, Not a quick fix, Some of their food is pricey.

i don't think weight watchers is affordable enough for alot of people. i know i can't afford to buy the food.
