As I mentioned in my review of the Herbalife Shake I have bought into a 12-week Herbalife weight loss program. Another product I bought is Herbal Concentrate Tea. We were told that for every 8-ounces we drink we burn 80 calories. We were also told not to drink it after 3:00p.m. unless we like being up all night.

Herbal Concentrate Tea has caffeine thus it gives me a boost. It is also used for weight management because it burns calories. However, any caffeine will burn calories and boost your metabolism so is there anything special about Herbal Concentrate Tea?

Ok, so I have been back and forth to the gym and weigh watchers for many years. I used Mega T Green Tea for several weeks and I started to experience breast pain.  I saw my OBGYN and described the pain I was having and he assured me it was not breast cancer.  I continued to experience this pain in my breasts and so I saw my OBGYN again who ordered a mamogram for me which was negative.  He asked me how much coffee or soda I drank, however, knowing I didn't drink that much, I began to think about other sources of caffeine and that is when I looked at the information panel on the bottle.  I have stopped using Mega T Green Tea and my breast pain has gone away.

I have drank the chocolate Slim fast drinks for and then when Walmart started carrying these I decided to try them. They are really good. They taste just as good as the name brand ones and are alot cheaper. I always buy this brand verses the name brand now. It is a very thick, creamy drink. It has lots of flavor and is very filling. I can drink one of these shakes and not be hungry for several hours. I always have them in the cabinet, or fridge, and at school just in case I get hungry or have a chocolate craving. It is great for taking care of all kinds of needs. Hunger and chocolate cravings....

I am doing a 12-week weight loss program sponsored by Herbalife. When I enrolled I didn't know that they were sponsoring it. I have bought quite a few of their products. The first one I bought was the Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix. It is for "healthy nutrition and weight management".

The flavor I chose is french vanilla, which is delicious. I add soy or almond mix to two scoops and ice cubes and have a yummy snack. The program suggests that we have one or two shakes a day. I normally have one and stick to the amount of calories per day I should eat.

I paid about $35.00 for a 26.5 ounce canister....

I started Weight Watchers online 2 months ago. I did the online because I do NOT want to go to meetings! Also I really don't think I would fit in at meetings, since I just wanted to loose 12 pounds. The plan is easy to follow. I log in and record what I eat as soon as I eat it. If I don't log in as soon as I eat then I seem to forget some things I eat! The points provide me with all I need to eat. I don't like the forums, the format is just not easy to follow. Also I find more recipes at recipezarr than I do at the Weighwatcher site. It is worth $16 a month to keep doing well. I have lost 2 pounds...

I used the old stuff for years with great results. But when I tried the new formula I hated it! It made me want to eat more so I gained weight instead. It is also hard to find and most stores are discontinuing it because of lack of sales.

I tried Weight Watchers for the first time five years ago. I successfully lost forty pounds. I kept it off for over two years. It is more of a lifestyle change than a diet. It allows you to eat whatever you want, but in moderate portions. It teaches you to make healthier choices and how to learn portion control. I used hydroxycut awhile back in an effort to lose weight and get myself to workout on a regular basis because I was having trouble with energy and motivation.  it definitely gets me motivated to workout because of the caffeine but I felt jittery all day long and tended to get a little emotional every evening when it was wearing off.  I had trouble sleeping for the first few weeks and I would get worn out in the evenings after the high of the caffeine had worn out.  I did manage to work out a lot and get in better shape but if you stop taking it you are very hungry and its hard to keep up the...
