I have been using curves for about 6 months and I love it, the results are amazing. Its one of the only weight loss ideas that have worked for me. I suggest this to anyone who is trying to drop a couple of pounds.

I am a very busy person and this plan fit into my schedule very well. I was made to feel welcome the very first day. I was encouraged not just by the Curves personell but also all the members. Herbalife Herbal Tea Concentrate Lemon 3.53 ounces
As I mentioned in my review of the Herbalife Shake I have bought into a 12-week Herbalife weight loss program. Another product I bought is Herbal Concentrate Tea. We were told that for every 8-ounces we drink we burn 80 calories. We were also told not to drink it after 3:00p.m. unless we like being up all night.
Herbal Concentrate Tea has caffeine thus it gives me a boost. It is also used for weight management because it burns calories. However, any caffeine will burn calories and boost your metabolism so is there anything special about Herbal Concentrate Tea?

Beach Body P90X Program
Ok, so I have been back and forth to the gym and weigh watchers for many years. Some workout videos work for awhile and some dont even shine a candle - I was interested in the P90X after seeing a comercial on TV that really looked like a intensive workout. I used Mega T Green Tea for several weeks and I started to experience breast pain. I saw my OBGYN and described the pain I was having and he assured me it was not breast cancer. I continued to experience this pain in my breasts and so I saw my OBGYN again who ordered a mamogram for me which was negative. He asked me how much coffee or soda I drank, however, knowing I didn't drink that much, I began to think about other sources of caffeine and that is when I looked at the information panel on the bottle. Equate (Walmart) Ultra Weight Loss Shake - Creamy Milk Chocolate
I have drank the chocolate Slim fast drinks for and then when Walmart started carrying these I decided to try them. They are really good. They taste just as good as the name brand ones and are alot cheaper. I always buy this brand verses the name brand now. It is a very thick, creamy drink. It has lots of flavor and is very filling. I can drink one of these shakes and not be hungry for several hours. I always have them in the cabinet, or fridge, and at school just in case I get hungry or have a chocolate craving. I am doing a 12-week weight loss program sponsored by Herbalife. When I enrolled I didn't know that they were sponsoring it. I have bought quite a few of their products. The first one I bought was the Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix. It is for "healthy nutrition and weight management".
The flavor I chose is french vanilla, which is delicious. I add soy or almond mix to two scoops and ice cubes and have a yummy snack. The program suggests that we have one or two shakes a day. I normally have one and stick to the amount of calories per day I should eat.
I paid about $35.00 for a 26.5 ounce canister....

Dtox Patch Detoxing Foot Patch sounded too good to be true when I first reads or heard about it. I should have gone with my gut reaction. I found this product to do little more than make my feet feel sticky and itchy. I paid almost $8.00 for the product (it probably would have been cheaper at Walmart, but I purchased mine at Walgreen's. The instructions were easy enough to follow; the product just didn't seem to have the "power" it claimed to have to pull any type of toxins from my body. I have done the slimquick cleanse twice. I had great results the first time, felt great, lost 5 pounds in a week and many inches. The second time I lost not quite as much .. but I might have strayed a little from the diet a little. I feel like the diet you are given is the true strength of the cleanse. I do not use this product for weight loss, but for a vitamin/nutrient supplement.
Often I do not have tim for lunch, so I grab a can to go. It's creamy, smooth and filling. And it tastes great!
