Pros

    you feel great when you eat right, you feel strong when you exercise, Eating Right causes less health problems

Cons
    Some high fiber foods may contain sodium, takes a lot of drive to make the change, you need to respect yourself to change

If you are reading this I bet at one point in your life you were or are not liking your weight. Whether you are trying to lose weight or gain weight. I have been trying to lose a little weight I started about 2 weeks ago and I have lose just under ten pounds. How did I do this? I made simple changes in my life. First, I started buying ground turkey and ground chicken instead of ground beef, I started drinking diet soda instead of regular, I ate about half of what I normally would, cut back on beer, I picked up a bunch of those 100 calorie snacks for craving, I look at the fat content in everything I eat and only eat low or no fat products. Just doing these simple life style changes I am losing about 5 pounds a week and loving the way I look and feel! Plus I am not on a "diet" so it is not hard to stick to! I love it!
