Diets in general are very hard to stick too. They actualy have recieved a bad name for just that reason. I am a fan of diets and believe that anyone with the will to lose weight can do it with the exception of those who are immobile or have any sort of weight disease. I think if shedding a few pounds is your goal than dieting will work. Now if you are trying to take off over 15 pounds dieting in general may not be for you. Weightloss is a struggle therefore if you want to lose alot of weight you should consider healthy lifestyle instead of dieting. Healthy lifestyle allows you to lose weight and you are living healthier.That way you adjust to eating more veggies and less fats , to being more active and getting involved in healthy activities.
In my opinion diets are wonderful but they are temporary. If you starve yourself from carbs or calories you have to ask yourself if you can continue doing that through your life. If not I would consider adapting a healthy lifestyle instead of starting a diet.
