I have tried EVERY diet known to man. I even tried a religious diet, where I had to say a several prayers before eating to see if it was hunger or not. I was looking through the internet looking for the Newest diet for me to try. The page that came up was the food pyramids. I thought I have never read about the food pyramids so I took the time to read it. After reading it I thought well I never tried this so I sat down and figured out for a diet of 1600 calories what foods I need from the food pyramids. I then made up menus for the first week and I thought well that was alot work I better try it for the week.
I was really happy with the food I ate for that week, I was never hungry and I thought I was feeling good. So I decided to do it for another week to see if I still fell good. I made another week worth of a menu with the food from the food pyramids. I made a different menuĀ from the first week because I didn't want to get sick of the same foods.
I am on my 4th week of doing this way of eatting and I have lost 4 pounds so far but I am not hungry and I am feeling good. I do not call it a diet because it is the proper way to eat. I am hoping I get use to eatting the proper way that I will continue to loss the weight and NEVER have to do a Crazy New diet.
