After trying to lose weight for the last thirty years, I have found that the best way is to get away from the kitchen table. I started by eating smaller portions, and not going back for seconds. That helped, so I added parking a little farther from the store, and having to take even a few more steps a day also helps. I can,t say that I do not eat the occasional piece of chocolate, or that I eat everything that is healthy for me, but I find myself eating more fruits and vegatables , than I used to. The last time I went to my doctor, she said that I lost 10 pounds. That was in a months time. I feel alot better, and my clothes fit a little looser, so I will try to keep up the good work. I have tried to do several diets, and not one of them worked for me. There are so many different things on todays market, I wouldn,t know what to try, if I wanted to, so I guess that I am going to stick to what works for me.
