Webroot Spy Sweeper Version 5.5.7 Reviews

Webroot is the worst antivirus package i have ever used.
It would not detect nor delete some very malignant trojans, error messages often appeared and it used up so much of the pc's running power that it just became better not to run it at all - it forever slows/freezes!
Worst still, when i contacted webroot to inform them of the problems, they didn't bother replying. Even worst still when i told them how bad their product was and that i'd never recommend it to a friend, they still didn't bother to reply.
And now! I've just received an email from Webroot saying "click to write a review". So i clicked,...

I bought the Webroot Spy Sweeper because it was recommended when I bought my laptop.  i get annoyed with it nearly every day.  It takes up a lot of room on my laptop and demands a lot of attention.  There are times when I am doing nothing with the computer and it starts telling me that programs are trying to start that need my approval.  The spy sweep takes about an hour and a half every time I run it, and makes everything else run slower. 

I do not plan on renewing Webroot when the year is up and would not recommend it.
