Weber Weber Spirit E310 Gas Grill LP, Black Review

WEBER SPIRIT E310 GAS GRILL ...  Howdy Fellow Grillers --  Never in my life did I plan to spend $700 on a gas grill.  I thought my son nuts when he did a few years ago!  Here I am - purchased a $400 grill - brought it home,  half the burners did not work,  the cover was "warped" after one use, in reality it was a mess.  Off to Home Depot - grill in hand - to purchase a WEBER.  4 hours to put it together -  but WOW NO COMPARISON.  Heavy steel,  stainless, etc. etc.  Tripple burners, and all.  Turn the propane bottle on - turn on the knobs - hit the lighter - WOOM the WEBER GAS GRILL fire is on. Within minutes the temperature is 400.  Wow  .  I cooked chicken for my first adventure -  YUM.  Better than the resterant.  I next did steak,  then turkey burgers, and lastly hamburgers.  Each meat was cooked just right --  no heat in this Texas house  Gas grill keeps the heat outside in this 100+ temperature area --  WEBER GAS GRILL  was awesome.  I put veggies into the "veggie tray"  WEBER veggie tray rocks and they were so delicious.  I cannot tell you how much I think back to the pains and termoils of the charcoal gril --  waiting for it to heat up -- etc. etc.  Yup I did have a WEBER CHARCOAL grill before  --  but this cannot compete with it.  I still have old faithful for when I want to cook on charcoal.  I will keep it -  but let me tell you ...  Spend the extra money -  GET A WEBER GAS GRILL.  You will not be sorry !!   I am not !!!   I will probaly not have to buy another grill in my lifetime....
