This grill is excellent. Its easy to use. It has temperature controls and regulators that allows a person to cook the foods to their desired doneness. Its easy to keep clean. Performance this grill works great. It allows you to cook the meat at even temperatures. Ease of Use this grill is simple to use. With the ability to set the heat and cooking temperatures, a person can walk away while the food cooks. Ease of Cleaning Its pretty easy to clean this grill. No problem with getting the cooked on grease off! Durability strong and sturdy! the doors are great and stay in place. The wheels allow it to be moved easily. Design The design of the grill is nice. I love the stainless steel look.

Has four burners under the hood plus one on the outside for boiling water or for seperate cooking. After searching everywhere for a new grill my husband and I found this grill. It fit all of our expectations. Very durable, not to big, but still plenty of room to cook for crowd! Weber has always been our go to brand of choice for grills! The quality cant be beat! This grill will withstand the outside elements for years to come. Our privious grill (differnt brand) lasted a year then rusted. We knew we had to get a quality Weber if we wanted it to last. The cover is heavy but it shows its quality!

This is a good looking grill with plenty of cooking space and prep space. The grade of stainless steel appears to be solid. The cooking grates are easily removed for cleaning. My experience has been very good with this grill. Durability The grade of stainless steel can vary quite a bit with Grills. I am not an expert of steel quality but this should be an important consideration.

After owning two previous Weber grills (cast iron with enamel finish) and being very pleased with the service and quality of product, we upgraded to the S-420. We keep this barbecue covered constantly when not in use because the cabinetry to too vulnerable to the elements. In less than a year we have rusting on the side burner table and the side table. The rusting happened within a few months over the summer after purchase. Though I understand not all of the cabinet could be of stainless, Weber should have designed the secondary material to be more climate durable than the aluminum finish on this unit. If this unit is not covered and it rains, water gets into the interior storage cabinet and also floods the grease drip pan. There are design and finish elements that seem very flawed for a unit this costly.

Since the day we bought our first home in 1982, we have owned a Weber grill! The one time we bought an off brand grill for our cottage up north, was the LAST time! We grill out a lot, both up north and at home. We have always had wonderful success and longevity with our Weber grills! The only issue we had, which was NOT due to Weber, was the infamous running out of propane!! So this time when we purchased this model and had a plumber come and run a natural gas line to our back patio. Now we never have to worry about running out of propane AND we get to grill on a Weber! The s-420 ng grill has been a real source of pride for my husband! We even had the neighbors over the first night we got it! My husband had been telling our neighbor what a beauty was, so he had to show it off when it arrived! We have the stainless, and love it! it looks nice on the patio and is easy to clean. The grates on it are nice and sturdy and it is so easy to light! I foresee many, many years of wonderful cookouts with this grill!

We just moved into our home and what better to add to your new home then a grill!  While out shopping for my daughters birthday party i decide to buy my husband a grill. After purchasing I loaded it up into the truck and noticed the material was not very sturdy. We got it home and it worked great.  The storage area was great but the doors evetually stopped opening and then ended up not lining up when closed.  After a few months went by the ignitor stopped working then everything froze up. The side burner worked one time. We contacted the company and they sent us replacement parts out to fix the grill but informed us that if the problem continues they will not send out any additional parts and we would have to purchase them as they only replace the parts once.  After installing the new parts the grill worked maybe twice and then the same thing happened. After spending the money thinking we were getting a good deal on a great grill I was not impressed at all. In the end we ended up having to gut the grill and convert it to a charcoal grill. What a waste of money.

We entertain friends and family almost every weekend during the warmer months which means that we are always grilling things.  We had a Weber Genesis Silver B for about 5 years and were pretty happy with that, but my husband decided to upgrade to a *Weber Summit 429 Natural Gas Grill*.  We've been using the *Weber Summit* for 6 months now and really like it. This *Weber Summit Gas Grill* is made of stainless steel and features 4 burners with 4 different controllers.  It has an internal temperature thermometer on the lid and a side burner to allow you to cook, reheat, or steam something while grilling the rest of the meal.  We have a natural gas model which required that my husband actually extend the gas line outside so he could connect it.  He's very handy with such things so he did that in about 3 hours one afternoon and we've been happily grilling ever since. We really like our *Weber 420 Summit Gas Grill*.  With 4 burners you can really control temperatures in different parts of the grill and the side burner is so helpful.  My husband babies the thing and keeps it covered whenever it is not in use, but, as someone who works in the steel industry, he concedes that the actual physical steel grill will last forever even without the cover.  Recommended!
