We love our grill. We had a small issue with the igniter and Weber was awesome about sending the replacement part and very clear directions on how to install the replacement FREE OF CHARGE!! For the price it has been the best grill we have ever had. Ease of Use I doesn't get any easier than turning a knob and pushing a button. It's a little more difficult to get the settings right to use indirect heat than just grilling but even that is fairly easy to adjust by watching the temperature. Ease of Cleaning It's never fun cleaning a grill but this one is easy to take apart and exchanging the drip pan is super easy. Durability It has held up well. We have had it for almost 4 years and use it year round, the only issue has been that the lid started to flake a bit this past year. We do tend to use very high heat on many occasions though. Design The only issue is that the vents on the sides heat up the side shelves and anything sitting on them so we keep a table next to the grill to set things on. It's a little inconvenient because when we put in the grill pad we would have made it larger to accommodate the table as well.
