Weber Q Grill —
When my entry-level propane grill started to wear out, I wanted something better, but I don't have room for those Cadillac grill rigs you see everyplace. After reading reviews, I bought the Webber Q and I'm very happy with it. You need to preheat it for 20 minutes or so. This heats up the heavy metal grill (that thing must weigh 20 pounds), which holds the heat and apparently takes the place of the lava-rock briquettes most grills use. Makes it a lot easier to clean up! It makes nice grill marks and the food tastes good. Mostly I grill veggies, steak, and occasionally lamb chops. I bought the connector to use a big gas bottle, but it's nice to have the option of using a small welder's gas bottle and taking the grill to the beach.
