Weber One-Touch Gold 22.5 Charcoal Grill —

The Webber kettle grills are the best barbecue grills this side of a brick oven.  I use to buy hibachis (even though I am pretty good on a hibachi) and other cheap grills and I even have used park grills.  Then I bought a Webber and was hooked.  Now I will use no other.  The air circulation is superb.  You can adjust the meat rack to be closer or farther from the heat source.  The air vents can be adjusted for hot or cool flame thus longer or shorter cook times.  You can even use a variety of fuel; charcoal, wood or a combination of both.  This is good for smoking.  The  Webber is compact and doesn't take up a lot of storage space after use.  The wheels and balance make it easy to move and transport.   I have never had a bad experience whereas my meat was overcooked (keep a careful watch) or undercooked [not done inside(again keep a careful watch as in all other cooking)].  Some grills even come with two grill racks.  An addition I can never get the hang of; it takes practice.  Usually if I want to cook two different things at once; say meat and a vegetables such as bake potatoes, corn, broccoli, etc.  I just wrap the vegetables in aluminum foil and place it along side the meat or midway through the cooking of the meat I add the wrapped vegetables to the coals( this is especially good for baked potatoes).  The grill body and rack is easy cleanable with warm soap and water after use.  This will keep the grill looking new and attractive to your guests ( I like that).  You can even close the air vents after use; which will stuff out the fire to be used again at a later date.  Like I said I can find no negatives about the Webber Kettle Grill.  It is compact and easy to use and delivers a superb tasting barbecue with no fuss.  I even have a very small model with no wheels for those quick excursions to the beach !!! :-)

I'm a big fan of this grill too. It's so much easier to use than cheap grills, and it holds up almost forever.
