Weber One-Touch Gold 22.5 Charcoal Grill Review

We have had this Weber grill for 3 years now. It is perfect for a small family. It has just the right ventilation to keep the fire going while keeping the heat inside. I know that charcoal can sometimes be very hard to start but with this grill it is super easy. Just put on a generous amount of liter fluid and it starts with no problems. The charcoal takes about 10 to 15 minutes ro gray over. The cooking area is plenty big enough to accomodate guests. We can cook for up to ten with no problem. I also love that the coals remain hot for some time afterwards. I always like to roast marsh mellows for desert.

 Another plus is that the grill is light and has wheels. This makes for easy transport. The grill also does not rust. The only complaint I can think of is that there is no where to keep your cooking utensils. I always have a table next to it so I can keep those things handy. Overall it is an excellent grill. I preger charcoal to gas so I am bias.  I highly recommend.
