The GrillMaster, a frequent barbecuer, steak lover, a Weber fan
Bottom-Line: Buy it, grill it, love it! — I like grilled food, all types of grilled foods, well except vegetables. Problem is I do not enjoy the process of grilling on a (traditional) charcoal grill. Too much fuss, and mess to make grilling on a charcoal grill enjoyable. And the lighter fluid taste was at times unbearable. And the clean up! So, my Weber charcoal grill sat for the most part on my patio cool to the touch and lonely. — The Grill — The Weber Genesis Silver B is a middle of the product-line propane gas grill, with 611 sq.…

I was able to score my Genesis at a Ace Hardware on the coldest day of the 2006/07 winter. They were getting rid of the old models and I got mine for super cheap. — — However, the point is not about thriftiness, but about the grill. You can crank the heat far beyond the 600F mark where the thermometer pegs. But you can also easily control the heat and dial it way down low if required. The large grill space, 3 rows of flames, and two large side areas makes it very easy to work on. It's all stainless steel and porcelain - which is great for keeping rust away and making clean-up…

This grille is wonderful. It's roomy and cooks to perfection. It's so easy to light and heats up quickly. We use the grille all year long. There's nothing like having a delicious grilled steak from my Weber grille in the middle of a snow storm. It does take longer to cook when it's very cold outside. — We liked it so much we bought the exact same grille for our vacation home. —…

loving this product, budget conscious, steak lover
The Weber Genesis E 320 gas grill is not the largest grill on the market. However, its modest price gives it a greater value per square inch than larger, more expensive grills. reasonably priced at $550 to $650 with a cooking area of 507 square inches, this grill definitely gives the consumer more per dollar than any other grill out there. It is a solidly built American product that will last you a long time. It has heavy duty grates that will not need to be replaced each year like the grates on some of the cheaper gas grill models. — I don't mind putting things together to save on the…

a frequent barbecuer, not very handy
To be sure, there are cheeper grills available. This is the 5th year we've been using our Weber grill year round. We bought ours from an independently owned Ace hardware store. They offered the same price as the big box store but also included free assembly, a free cover and free delivery. (They don't fit in many cars). Why? They know they have to compete against Home Depot, Lowe's and others. Check your local store. You may be pleasantly surprised. I did a lot of comparing and for the price Weber is the…

Love my Weber. It is a great grill great. The food comes out even and balanced. No scorching ore hot spots. It’s easy to clean and the porcelain cooking grates and very nice. The liquid propane seems to last forever. It stays hot and heats up quickly; even after you open the top it will heat up quickly. The customer service is also great. The grates started to rust I called them up and they sent me new ones right away, what service. — …

Weber makes high quality grills and my family has used them for a long time. The Weber Genesis models are high quality grills and although gas does not have the same characteristics as charcoal briquettes, the ease of use and convenience far outweighs the differences in flavor. …
