I love grilling food. We have this Weber on our back porch with a direct gas line feed. I had our local Mr Handyman build a wooden encasement for it and we tiled the surface. It looks really nice. See the attached picture.

I like grilled food, all types of grilled foods, well except vegetables. Problem is I do not enjoy the process of grilling on a (traditional) charcoal grill. Too much fuss, and mess to make grilling on a charcoal grill enjoyable. And the lighter fluid taste was at times unbearable. And the clean up! So, my Weber charcoal grill sat for the most part on my patio cool to the touch and lonely.
The Grill
The Weber Genesis Silver B is a middle of the product-line propane gas grill, with 611 sq. inches of total cooking area (primary cooking area = 424...
review »This grille is wonderful. It's roomy and cooks to perfection. It's so easy to light and heats up quickly. We use the grille all year long. There's nothing like having a delicious grilled steak from my Weber grille in the middle of a snow storm. It does take longer to cook when it's very cold outside.
We liked it so much we bought the exact same grille for our vacation home.
The Weber Genesis E 320 gas grill is not the largest grill on the market. However, its modest price gives it a greater value per square inch than larger, more expensive grills. reasonably priced at $550 to $650 with a cooking area of 507 square inches, this grill definitely gives the consumer more per dollar than any other grill out there. It is a solidly built American product that will last you a long time. It has heavy duty grates that will not need to be replaced each year like the grates on some of the cheaper gas grill models.
I don't mind putting things together to save on the assembly fee...
review »Love my Weber. It is a great grill great. The food comes out even and balanced. No scorching ore hot spots. It’s easy to clean and the porcelain cooking grates and very nice. The liquid propane seems to last forever. It stays hot and heats up quickly; even after you open the top it will heat up quickly. The customer service is also great. The grates started to rust I called them up and they sent me new ones right away, what service.
I always wanted to buy the heaviest and most solid gas grill. I find that even then, they only last a few years-- that was until i got me Weber. It was given to me by a neighbor moving away. It is very even. seems to last forever and in most ways is the best grill I have ever owned. This si a real gem.
