To be sure, there are cheeper grills available.  This is the 5th year we've been using our Weber grill year round.  We bought ours from an independently owned Ace hardware store.  They offered the same price as the big box store but also included free assembly, a free cover and free delivery.  (They don't fit in many cars).  Why?  They know they have to compete against Home Depot, Lowe's and others.  Check your local store.  You may be pleasantly surprised.  I did a lot of comparing and for the price Weber is the best.
