Weber Baby Q Grill Review

I have had the Weber Baby Q grill for a couple of years now, long enough to give it a fair assessment. I love this grill! There is only myself in the household, and I rarely cook for large groups, so this is a perfect size for my needs. However, I have plenty of room on the grill to cook for a friend or two if I have someone over for a cookout.

The grilling surface is cast iron, which distributes the heat evenly and holds the heat well. You do have to watch, though, as it can rust if you don't take care of it. The unit is light-weight for transporting to a park or a tailgate party, but I use it solely in my backyard. I purchased the optional stand, which has wheels on the front making it easy to move the grill around on the patio.

This grill lights easily with the push of a button. It heats up quickly. I've owned several grills in the past, but none that operate with the ease of this grill. I recommend it for those who do not need a huge grill but who want a quality product.
