I buy books from Amazon.com as well, in fact they are my first choice for books, which I usually buy used.  Amazon is also a good place to go for all sorts of products and with the free shipping for (new product) orders over $25.00, it is hard to find a better place to shop!

I do 99.9% of my online shopping at Amazon.  Sometimes I do the eBay thing because there are some good bargains there to be had, but Amazon is my fave online store.

Besides, if I hadn't started writing reviews there, I doubt that I'd be here right now!

I buy my used books at either Amazon or Half.com, a sister company to eBay.

I love Amazon, too.

Just a heads up, amazon, Walmart, and Target are having a book price war, if anyone didn't know. They each have John Grisham's and Stephen King's new books coming out at $9 each. There's a few others too. I actually ended up preordering these from Walmart because they offered free shipping, and it will be 2 shipments because they are being released about a week apart. But check it out if your interested!

I too love Amazon.com. I also love Barnes & Nobles for books even though they are more expensive than Amazon. :)

I always buy my books from Amazon (unless I fall prey to temptation and buy a book on sale at a brick and mortar store).

I also have an Amazon Visa card that sends me coupons for $25 off an order occasionally, when I buy enough on it. Free books, free shipping... doesn't get much better than that!

I buy my books at amazon. They are cheaper in price and the shipping is also good. However I heard about AmazingWatcher.Com which is a free website that will “watch” items for you on Amazon and let you know when amazon has them in stock at regular retail price.

I am a huge fan of Amazon, but I do more of selling than buying.  After graduating, I had a ton of books that our school bookstore wouldn't buy back.  I've already sold a couple on Amazon & hope that more will sell as well.  They make it really easy & secure for both buying and selling & that's comforting.  Almost as if (dare I say it!) they care about thier customers.
