We used to place exact same order through grubhub about once a week, and the last time we did, after simply clicking on the "reorder" link to resubmit our usual order, somehow the website changed it! Literally half our order was changed and the wrong information was sent to the restaurant. Unfortunately we didn't discover this until the food arrived and we saw the receipt. Winster
The "Winster" game site is definitely not on my "Top 10" fun game sites.
That being said, let me also say that gamesters such as myself have different things they look for in a game site. Some people look for the comaraderie and companionship you can find at some of the sites - and then people like me basically just want to play some really fun games. Crutchfield
I recently purchased a Samsung 50" Plasma television from Crutchfield... my purchase included free shipping. However, my television arrived damaged with a black line at the top with broken pixels. I calmy called Crutchfield, explained my situation, and they offered to send a new tv to replace the broken one. awesome! BUT- the delivery men would not take out my damaged tv and bring up my new tv (because they weren't getting paid). As you can imagine, I was pretty ticked off... THATS THEIR JOB! The day I found RueLaLa was the day I had to tell my husband I would be in the dog house for a LONG LONG time!!! I'd heard there were websites out there that offered Designer items at discount prices. I'd also heard these items weren't knock offs, seconds, or damaged. I thought this was just an Urban Myth Designer houses told people so that we would continue searching for the ultimate find but end up shelling out our hard earned money at the Sample Sales in the City....I found RueLaLa and kissed the ground...it wasn't an Urban Myth as I suspected...IT WAS REAL, and it was GREAT!

For years I have been shopping on line with confidence using my PayPal buying "shield" Yesterday I filled a dispute with paypal requesting my money back for a dvd I had ordered through ecrater and jfsales51 What I recieved was a bootleg pirated copy. Paypal "investigated and closed" my claim within 90 min of me filling it. When I called Paypal I was informed that of the thousands and thousands of sites that use the PayPal option the only one I am protected one is Ebay. Unless I never recieve the item. Collections Etc.
As a customer of Collections Etc. for over 9 years I had placed an order from their catalog last month with free shipping offered. Mailed my payment and expected to get the order in the usual time frame. Instead I got a letter asking for $9.00 shipping. When I called customer service a female representative told me that the order didn't qualify for free shipping.
