Flannel Sheets are a MUST for the winter season! This cozy bedding keeps you toasty warm on cold, cold winter nights!

Flannel is a woven fabric often made from wool or cotton, or sometimes a mixture of wool and synthetic fibers, this fabric gains it's softness through the loosely spun fabric it is woven from. . . It's this softness of the fabric makes you feel such comfort.

Unlike satin or cotton sheets that can remain cold in the winter during the day when you're not in your bed, the thick sheets leave your bed staying warm even when you're not in it.

I came across these sheets in the winter last and I am so thankful I did! What a blessing to have handy during the upcoming low temperatures! I love how the fabric feels on my skin in the winter. There is so much warmth in flannel sheets, that you HAVE to change them out for a cooler fabric sheet set as it gets warm in the spring!

You can find flannel sheets anywhere for any price points ranging from $19.99 to $150.00. I found mine for $29.99 at WalMart.

It depends on where you live in CA. We live near the local mountains, so it does get cold here, quite a bit! It even snows here a few times a year, especially in the last few years (No one can tell me Global Warming isn't happening!;0! The snow doesn't stay long, but we have fun while it's here! The sheets are a great way to save on your electric bill!

You have cold enough weather to necessitate flannel sheets in CA? I am very cold natured but the few times I tried to sleep under flannel sheets I got too hot. Maybe it was because in days gone by I lived in homes that were very warm. Now that I'm on my own I bump the thermostat down to keep the electric cost down. So, maybe I could enjoy the flannel sheets now. Hmmm--Christmas gift idea now ;+) ~Gigi
