This used to be the PayPal credit card.  It charges the highest interest rate of all of my cards (and I have quite a few).  I would close the account but it does allow me to monitor my FICO score for free, so overall I'd have to give it a thumbs up just for that.  My advice: good card if you pay off the entire balance monthly.  If you can't, still get the card so that you can monitor your FICO score, but don't charge anything on it.  Unless they give you one of those offers with a super low interest rate for the life of the balance.
