    Extremely high interest rate, ontime pmts many yrs/no lower interest, They do not care about customers

I have been a good customer have never defaulted on anything. They said  i was notified my credit card  interest rate was going to raise they are the biggest liars i have seen and  i pay online but if i don't watch my account and read anything that comes in the mail i am setting myself up for  oweing them a fee for something. I swear that they do not care about  customers and if i had the money i would pay the greedy crooks off. I have called and emailed them to explain that i am a woman 64 uninsured and my medicine  costs over $600 a month and i have just asked for a lower interest rate that they  should not have raised in the first place. I was told i was up todate and   they said i had to be behind and i went on to tell them  i have not  got my breathing medicine many  months so i can  keep the minimum from going higher do they  care NO and soon i will be unable to pay them  at all. They got the bailout that we are paying for and what  are we getting?
