Washington Mutual Review

It has been over ten years since the incident, but since I have been on a strict budget it has made an impact on my view of the reliability of the automatic banking system.  I lost $240 from my checkbook and never got it back from Washington Mutual Bank.  Since then, I have never used an automatic teller.  I should have kept my transaction receipts.  Saving all banking receipts should be a practice by everyone.  Its the only proof that works, because having it proves what transaction was performed.  My transaction was that of finding out what my balance was so that I can buy my Thanksgiving groceries.
