Somebody cloned my card (apparently, that can be done). They drained my account of over 6,000 dollars. I paid EXTRA to even get an account with this bank. EXTRA for the fraud protection. EXTRA! I have contacted the bank daily for OVER A MONTH. Sent emails, called, went in. They kept saying things like, oh, we are investigating, oh, we will take care of it. NOTHING was ever done. I just got off the phone AGAIN with a fraud department, she yelled at me, belittled me, accused me of lying to her, and downright treated me like dirt. Why am I paying for this? They refuse to do anything about this, even though they charged me for it. And, to top it off, they SOLD my account info to online companies, who, in turn, are also taking HUNDREDS of dollars a day out of my account. WHY? This is rediculous. Please, people, don't EVER, EVER, bank here, unless you want 90% of your check to go to fees and charges, and just be gone. I am sorry, but I don't work to support a FRAUDULENT ONLINE BANK!
