Waring DF 250 Review

I like this fryer and it does a good job. I only one thing that I think could be better. I find it cumbersome to fiddle with the lid every time I put something in it or check on it. I think it would be better if the lid were hinged so you wouldnt have to mess with finding a place to put the hot lid down when removing items from the fryer. Another thing, if you accidentally fill the fryer over the max line, you need to be aware that it will overflow on your counter when you are using the filtering feater and emptying the oil into the container. Other than that, it works great.
