"Wanted" is seriously lacking in creativity and tries too hard.

Wanted —
The much anticipated newest Angelina Jolie film, "Wanted", left me sorely dissatisfied and disappointed. Sure, I'm as ready as anybody for a novel storyline (I mean, we've seen it all, haven't we?), but this was ridiculous! Talking fabric looms? C'mon! The only thing that could've saved the movie was the sexy Angelina Jolie. After all, the Lara Croft heroine can merely pout her lips towards the camera and send moviegoers, females and males alike, into the realm of sexy, thrilling action. But not this time. One look at her in this film, and you just want to shove some food in her gaunt, skull-like face. She looks anorexic; it's disturbing. This movie was made for adolescent, even pre-pubescent, boys with overactive imaginations who daydream of getting the hot girl and driving the fast, testosterone-charged cars, while having the superpowers to beat the crap out of everyone. Save your $9.00 and just wait for the DVD. Better yet, wait until you land the free DVD rental.
