I admit it.
I'm hooked on Walt Disney World (WDW).
I've visited the parks 60 times. Many times with the entire family including my daughter and son. Many times by myself. But I seem to really enjoy visiting with my wife.
My wife and I love the "Escape" from reality by spending quality time in the parks at a leisurely pace. We enjoy the sights and sounds and the dining. It's amazing just how many different types of food and drink are available and all high quality. EPCOT offers many choices for beers and wines from outside the USA which adds to the fun of the visit.
It's a blast watching families and especially the younger kids experience Walt Disney World. You can tell families that have spent time researching an planning their visit. They are the folks that have smiles on the faces and are taking everything in at a medium pace. The folks that did not plan the trip are running between attractions to ensure they see everything dragging the kids in tow.
WDW has something to offer for everyone but due to the size of WDW you need to plan your visit or you will be overwhelmed. There are many guidebooks and Internet sites that can assist with your planning or find a local travel agent that has completed the Walt Disney World Travel agent training program.
In any case visit WDW. You'll enjoy it even though the children aren't along.
