I have ordered from both Walmart.com and Target.com.  I have only had one problem and it was with Target.com.  I ordered a pair of earrings which were shipped UPS.  UPS notified both me and Target that the truck had been robbed and the earring were stolen.  I contacted Target and they said they would exchange the earrings if I could send them back.  I was a bit confused on how I could send a product back that I never received.  Well, I went round & round with them before finally working the issue out.  They did eventually send the earrings and all was well.
