I bought a kitchen online through walmart.com in November which was on sale for a GREAT deal. I was so happy to learn that we could use the site to store feature which would save us an incredible amount on shipping (the item was more expensive on other sites and costed over $20 to ship!).

We have used site to store before and every time - we have a hard time when we get to our local wal-mart. The associates have no idea how to do it (the first time we went to pick something up we were OVER AN HOUR) and end up getting other associates involved in order to get our item to us.

I understand this is a new feature - and I am sure that the next time we use it, we HOPEFULLY won't have as many problems! IN all honesty, I'll take waiting an hour for my item in place of paying over $20 to ship something to my house!
