Walmart.com Review

Walmart is a very smart company in a lot of ways and that is why they are one of the leading distributors when it comes to big box stores.  However, they severely lack in getting their products to the consumer when you order with them online.  Most companies will take a week to two weeks depending on your location...Except walmart!  I personally didn't receive my shipment until little over a month and a half later.  When you call their customer service line to inquire about your purchases, their staff is not very knowledgable and is very vague as to any details.  They will not refund your money if your package doesn't show up on time and in my case, they couldn't even track the package down even though the option was available to their Online customers.  They do not assume any blame for packages not received and will instead place the blame on others (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex).  They make the process for the consumer to get their goods very difficult and frustrating.  Personally I would never purchase from Walmart.com again due to the fact that they are not well set up in their shipping proceedures and will often receive items well after time needed.
