Walmart.com —

I ordered from Walmart Ship to Store and here was my experience:

1.The order did not arrive on time..it was a week late

2.There was no one at the Walmart ship to store window, an employee was finally found after a 20 minute wait

3.No one checked to make sure of the contents in the box I was picking up was what I ordered (walmart policy says it has to be checked before they give it to you)

4.After arriving home I found that the contents inside the package were not what I ordered.... not even close. Causing another trip bak to walmart, a 15 minute wait in customer service and then another 15 minute wait for the assistant manager, Randy. My money was refunded but not my time and gas.

Boo Walmart!!!!!!

Well if they won't allow inspection of the contents I am sure I won't be ordering from them. Sounds more like they don't want to be responsible if they mess up. If you open it outside then they can claim you removed the "missing" item, not a way to run a business that's for sure.

You are so right!! I was assured by the Wal-mart employee that it contained the correct product after I questioned the size of it. So that threw me off some. When I asked about opening it I was told they preferred I did that outside of the store, something about loss management?
