When there just isn't time to make it yourself, and you need it to serve, this salad is good.  Homemade is the best but this is pretty good.  It tastes good, and is very fresh.  Just check your sell by date.  The whole family enjoyed it.  The flavor was very good, the texture was just right.  I would recommend it, when your in a pinch this fills the need.
