It's just plain sad that Wal-Mart is allowed to sell fish!  The fact that more of them end up floating than living is sick.  I don't know if they over or under feed them but it needs to stop.  I go shopping a Wal-Mart to periodically pick-up cat treats.  There is nothing more depressing then to see the look on a child's face when they look at all the floaters.  Those that do survive are on the verge of death.  A fish is not a product, its alive!
