Walmart Review

Being not just a WalMart shopper but also a employee.  I can say up front that not every walMart store is like the one in the next town.  being a shopper long before becoming a employee, I have seen the good the bad and the ugly of Walmart stores.  Out of 96 Walmart stores I have only found 16 that where Right on the mark with greeting and total costumer service. About 78 stores fell into the Bad category of moody department associates or bad manured cashiers.  The rest (The Ugly) well even I have put my stuff down and walked out with discuss. Uttering less than clean words. a total waist of my time.

A side from those few (Ugly) stores, Walmart is a great place to shop. Where else can you go in and have more than what you wanted to choose from and at price thats is very hard to beat?  

The Fact is every store you go into to buy products from wheather it is WalMart, target, Shoko, sears or any one of hudreds of places you are bound to run into that one place that will make you think twice in returning.  on the flip side of the coin, there a the few that are always going out of there way to make you feel great about coming back.   The store that I work at has a GREAT store manager and the Ast mangers all seem to have the costomer in 1st place.  Most all the assocaites I work with are great with costomers and show outstanding costomer service.

AllI can say is if you run into a bad store, Say something!, fill out a costomer service form and send it. The corpate office would like to know what happened and they will take appropate action.
