Wal-Mart is a weekly shopping stop for my family. There is a Wal-Mart right down the street that usually has exactly what we need at a low price. The convenience and prices are the two content benefits that keep us returning to Wal-Mart. However, on more than one occasion I have noticed how incredibly rude some of the Wal-Mart associates are to customers. Every time I notice this blatant lack of customer service, I begin to wonder if it wouldn't benefit me to shop somewhere else. After all, one of these days I will be the one that will have a question and when that day comes, are those employees going to be rude to me? As stated previously, the prices are great--but the customer service could really use some work.
