Wallmart Review

I purchased a gift card from WALMART.COM for my mother for christmas. Well, she never got it. They don't have human customer service...just an on-line auto reply.  They made me pay for the card anyway, and refuse to help me find out who stole it in the mail. They refused to give me the gift card number so I could file a police report. They were rude, cold, and non-caring for me or my elderly mother's christmas dinner. I ordered the card for her so she could buy christmas dinner. Walmart doesn't care about people, just profits.
