not rich, budget conscious, cost-conscious, a person who likes a bargain, appreciative of good service, expecting good, fair service, I believe in honesty
Cons
    No Layaway, people are rude, not enough cashiers, service is horrible

I quit shopping at Wal mart and have boycotted them since they got rid of the layaway program.  I only shop at K mart now and when I buy groceries, I will pay the extra and go to somplace like United or Countrymart.  I also don't like their service at the front.  Their cashiers are rude and act like they are doing you a favor by checking you out.  There is not a bag boy to help you with your purchases
