When I first bought this I was 50 lbs overweight. I had tried different excersice videos before. I was too out of shape to get through them.
This exercise dvd is a low impact great way to start. In the starter dvd you take about 20 minutes. It is based on milage. It keeps shwing you how far you have gone so you know you just have to go a little further. It keeps you going. At first it was a bit of a struggle but not overwhelmingly so. review »Walk away the pounds is the best work out video that I have seen. It really works! My sister lost 140 pounds and all she did was Walk away the Pounds and of course watched what she ate. I also did that and lost some weight. But my body really got stronger and I was alot more toner than before.
What is best about this is that it is easy to do. Anyone can do this workout. You do not need alot of time to do this either. One mile is done in 15 minutes. It was great!

review »This DVD, Walking Away the Pounds, Is very easy to use. I have have tried a few different exercise routine and have found some very hard to follow and learn the moves. This one is totally different. I can easily follow the instructor and do the different moves the first time through. The instructor gives different variations for the same move to make it harder or easier. Very Enegetic.
