I origianlly had the Walk Away the Pounds VHS tape. Later I bought the DVD set.
When I first bought this I was 50 lbs overweight. I had tried different excersice videos before. I was too out of shape to get through them.
This exercise dvd is a low impact great way to start. In the starter dvd you take about 20 minutes. It is based on milage. It keeps shwing you how far you have gone so you know you just have to go a little further. It keeps you going. At first it was a bit of a struggle but not overwhelmingly so. I kept doing this dvd daily until eventually I moved onto the two mile walk. It starts out with stretches and ends up with a cooldown. It also takes very little room. You just march in place moving here and there a bit throw in some arm movements and kicks anbd you get a really rounded workout that is great for a beginner. Small had weights are optional. This is a great start for people of any age and gender.
After you do mile one you can move right on to mile two and mile three dvd's!
