After my pediatrician's office ran out of flu vaccine, I called Take Care Clinic and was told that the clinic closest to my home had flu shots in stock for kids. The girl at the main information center refused to connect me to the local clinic or call herself to verify this, insisting that she had up to date information. After rushing home from work, hurrying through dinner, driving my kids half an hour to the clinic, and then waiting another half hour for the nurse to finish w/ the patient she was seeing, we were told that they had been out of vaccine all week. Their "customer service" center had no idea how this could have happened and filed a complaint for me. Too little, too late.
